No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once payment has been confirmed.
Exchanges Only: Exchanges are accepted only in cases where the item delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchange Request Timeline: Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Condition for Exchange:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Exchange Process:
- Send a message with clear photos/videos showing the issue.
- Once approved, the item can be returned for an exchange.
Delivery Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the error was from our end.
